Peace and Prosperity through Justice and National Security

 I strongly support our American troops and President Bush’s war on international terrorism – his program to strengthen our law enforcement and intelligence agencies and the United States Military. I also support our government’s strategic missile defense program to protect our country from weapons of mass destruction.

 I will work to amend or repeal current laws that contain provisions adversely affecting the basic rights of the people. There is no conflict between national security and protection of human rights. Just laws secure the people.  I will sponsor legislations to strongly safeguard the people’s fundamental rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  Nobody should be treated unequally under the law.

  I am a strong advocate for free enterprise, free trade with other nations, equal opportunity to own homes and businesses, lower taxes and tax cuts to put more money into the people’s pockets in order to stimulate savings, investments, and business activities.

 I am a strong advocate for educational reform: reorient educational curriculum for elementary and high school students taking particular attention to character education and academic excellence, teaching of the value of democratic institutions, and inculcating respect for parents and all forms of authorities.

  Terrorists are enemies of a strong family system. In fact, they aim to destroy families. Therefore, I will sponsor legislations to protect basic American family values – defense of our marriage institution as between a man and a woman, ban against flag desecration, protection of the unborn child’s right to life, protection of our freedom to worship God in schools and anyplace where we need to pray, keeping the word “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance, “In God We Trust” in our currency, and keeping Christmas as a federal holiday.
